Missing Package – What to Do?

If your package hasn't arrived four business days after shipping , please feel free to contact us. You can do so using the form below. We'll then initiate an inquiry with the carrier. If necessary, we'll launch an official investigation to determine the package's whereabouts.

The carrier will conduct this investigation and may ask you to complete and sign a short questionnaire. This is necessary to initiate the process and potentially file a claim. Please note that an investigation can usually take several business days to a week .

  • We will resend the order free of charge, or
  • We will refund the full purchase amount.

In some cases, a missing package is eventually found and delivered later. Therefore, we always wait for the outcome of the investigation before re-delivering or refunding you.

You can then choose to place a new order. If the original package is subsequently declared missing, we will, of course, reimburse the costs of that first shipment.
