Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your item within 14 days without giving any reason. You can easily register your return via your customer account.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the order. If you wish to return products, you must notify us first. Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will send you the return address.

You can only return an item if:

  • The item is complete.

  • The packaging of the supplement has not been opened.

  • The product has become defective within the warranty period.

Once we have received the return shipment, we will check whether it meets the return conditions. If so, the value of your order will be refunded to your account. This excludes the shipping costs incurred. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after we have received the returned package.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanging products is not possible. However, we can issue a discount code with the same value as the returned product.

Return Costs
We do not charge additional fees for processing a return shipment.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.

We are responsible for the return shipping costs if:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

  • The product seal has been broken.

  • The expiration date has passed.
