Returns Policy
Customers may return unopened, undamaged products within 14 business days of receipt, including a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sending and receiving
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next day via DHL; shipping is free for orders over €65 (up to 15 kg). Free shipping applies to Belgium for orders over €75, with a surcharge for shipments over 2 kg. Procedure for missing packages
If your package hasn't been delivered within four business days of shipping, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. During this investigation, you'll need to complete and sign a questionnaire; this can take up to a week. If the package is definitely missing, we'll refund the amount or resend the order.
