Shipping and Costs
Shipping
We work together with DHL and offer various shipping options. For deliveries within the Netherlands, you can place your order until 11:59 PM; your order will then be delivered the next day. If you choose delivery to a DHL ServicePoint, the latest order time is 6:15 PM for next-day delivery.

Unfortunately, delays may occur with the carrier, for example during the sorting process or for other reasons. In such cases, you will receive a notification from DHL. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If the delay lasts longer than 3 days, please let us know via email or the contact form, and we will start an investigation with DHL. Such an investigation may take several business days before the package is traced.

  • Orders under €65: €4.99 shipping fee

  • Orders over €65: free shipping*

Belgium

  • Orders under €75: €5.99 shipping fee

  • Orders over €75: free shipping*

Please note:

  • For orders over 15 kg (NL) or over 2 kg (BE), free shipping does not apply.

  • A suitable shipping rate will be calculated depending on the weight.

  • Additional shipping options may incur an extra surcharge.

  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

DHL ServicePoint
Would you prefer to collect your package at a time that suits you? Then choose delivery to a DHL ServicePoint during checkout. You can select a pickup point yourself.

Please note: orders over 23 kg cannot be shipped to a DHL ServicePoint. In that case, please choose home delivery.

Missed Delivery
Were you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup location. The courier will leave a card in your mailbox with information about where the package has been left.

Bring the card and a valid ID with you to collect the package. Your package will remain at the pickup point for a maximum of 7 days. After that, it will automatically be returned to us. If the package needs to be sent again, the shipping costs will be charged to the recipient.

Track Your Package
Each package is provided with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow the delivery and, if necessary, make changes to the delivery options. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace information.

Haven’t received an email? Please check your spam filter, as emails sometimes end up there.

Not Received
It is possible that a package is delayed by the carrier. This can have various causes, which are beyond our control.

Has your order not been delivered on the expected day? Please wait one additional business day. If you still have not received your package, please contact us. We will then immediately coordinate with DHL and, if necessary, initiate an investigation.

An investigation may take several days, but in most cases, the package will still be delivered once the investigation has started.
