Here's everything you need to know:

Are you looking for a highly absorbable form of magnesium that fits well into your daily supplement routine?

Magnesium Bisglycinate is popular with people who pay extra attention to relaxation, muscle function, energy, and a well-functioning nervous system.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system, supports normal energy-yielding metabolism, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance. This makes magnesium interesting for both athletes and people with a busy or active lifestyle.

Magnesium Bisglycinate consists of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. This compound is often chosen for its good tolerability and because many users find this form gentler on the stomach and intestines than some other types of magnesium.

Because there are different forms of magnesium, such as magnesium citrate, oxide, and bisglycinate, it pays to take a close look at the compound used and the content of elemental magnesium. Absorption differs per magnesium form and formulation.

Looking to further supplement your mineral routine? Then take a look at our Potassium Citrate, Calcium Citrate or Electrolyte Pro for a broader replenishment of important minerals and electrolytes.

Answers to your most important questions

Almost all our products are pure and contain no unnecessary additives such as fillers, added sugars or anti-caking agents. Our formulated products do, of course, contain multiple ingredients, but this is also stated in the ingredients list. We offer most products in powder form, making them easy to dose and allowing you to determine the dosage you want to take. In addition, we only offer products that we support ourselves and that are scientifically substantiated. We do not follow hypes, but only choose quality and effectiveness.
